Shipping Details:
- We use DHL, India Post EMS, FEDEX and Aramex to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you. Most International Shipments are delivered within 7-10 business days.
- The shipping charges are dependent on destination country and the weight of the shipment. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed to you while you place the order.
- Apart from this, we provide you free international Shipping if your Order is above Rs.14999.
- Once the shipment is handed over to shipping company, no modification can be made to the order. Any change in delivery address or specific delivery instructions can be directed directly to the Courier Company.
Payments:
- Please note that we accept all major Credit cards/ Debit Cards and Netbanking. Kartacart and our trusted payment gateways use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your card information.
- If you are unable to make a payment with our Payment Gateway, please write to us at help@karatcart.com and we will send you a PAYPAL payment link.
- The actual amount charged on your account / card might differ than what is shown at the time of transaction due to difference in exchange rate applied by us and your card issuing company / payment gateway and surcharges applied by these.
Refunds / Replacements
- In case a product gets damaged during transit, you can always opt for a replacement. To process any such claims, customers must notify Karatcart with a video while opening the package of the damaged product within 24 hrs of receipt of the product.
- The 7 days returns policy is not applicable for orders that are delivered outside India.
