  • In case a product gets damaged during transit, you can always opt for a replacement. To process any such claims, customers must notify Karatcart with a video while opening the package of the damaged product within 24 hrs of receipt of the product.
  • The 7 days returns policy is not applicable for orders that are delivered outside India.
