What is the 7-Day Return Policy?
KaratCart.com offers you a 7-Days easy one-time return/exchange policy on all products that you purchase from us. To qualify for this, the product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand-new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty, and other accessories, if any. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.
However, if you receive an incorrect/damaged/different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate the discrepancy.

How do I return the product to Karatcart within 7 Days?

All you need to do is follow these three easy steps:
Step 1- Check:
- Products are unworn and unused.
- Original Brand Tags & Packaging of the product are intact.
Step 2- Pack:
- Put the product with the original packaging in a box.
- Pack the items safely and paste the return address on the box.
- We will email you the address that should be pasted on the box.
Step 3- Handover:
- We will send a courier over to pick it up from you. Hand over the packed Box to the courier person and relax. We will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you.
- If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, ship the box to us through your chosen courier service provider. We will credit your account with Rs 70 towards courier charges.
- The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer and shall only be reimbursed in the form of a Gift Card up to a maximum of Rs. 70 per order.
How will I be refunded for the return?
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of the return, your exchange will be dispatched, or you will be refunded the purchase amount of the returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet, the refunded amount will be credited back to your respective account. In case of cash on delivery, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Karatcart account in the form of a Gift Voucher. The gift voucher is valid for 1 Year from the date of gift card is issued.
In case of exchange, your product will be exchanged for another product without any charges. If you wish to exchange again, an amount of Rs. 200 will be charged for reverse and forward shipping.
Terms and conditions:
- Customized products, which include personalized products manufactured with specific instructions from the Customer, are not eligible for return.
- Along with the returned shipment, the product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and the Original Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchanges.
- The product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand-new condition. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.
- In case of any exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
- The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
1. The specific product/model is out of Stock.
2. The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
3. The shipping address is not serviceable.
